Why are you Single? Asking your opinion

There are so many reasons people are single. I'm curious as to why you are single. Here are some examples:

1. Maybe you've been hurt and you don't trust the opposite sex.
   
2. Maybe you are a widow/widower.
   
3. Maybe you were spoon-fed the idea that marriage is bad, so you should never get married.
   
4. Maybe you grew up in a conflict-ridden house and vowed to never repeat what you suffered as a child.
5. Maybe you'd love to be in a happy relationship, but it just never seems to work out.
6. Maybe you're shy.
7. Maybe you can't get past a first date.
8. Maybe you've been told you're too picky.
9. Maybe you have terrible taste in men, picking the players who love and leave you.
10. Maybe you don't have the time.
11. Maybe all the good ones are taken.
12. Maybe there's no good place to meet other Successful Singles.
    
13. Maybe you are a "gold digger" magnet.
14. Maybe you're too educated/not educated enough.
    
15. Maybe you make too much money/too little money.
