I am moving out of state in December and my 3 year lease on this space continues through March 30, 2009. My landlord asked me if I knew of a Helping Professional who would be interested in the space. I am a psychotherapist. This space would be great for someone in private practice, like an LPC, LMSW, Massage therapist, or other helping professionals.
If you want to start the new year with a new office space, this is a great location! It's two rooms, both about 250 square feet. I used the outer room as my waiting area and the inner room to see my clients. I have held groups in the waiting area and 16 people have fit comfortably around a circle.
